1 General Introduction & Eligibility

By accessing the Jaatbuzz platform, you are considered to have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Jaatbuzz and all users of its services.

You must be of legal age under the laws applicable in your country to use Jaatbuzz services. In Bangladesh, the minimum age is 18. No one under 18 is permitted to open an account on Jaatbuzz.

2 Account & Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual may open only one Jaatbuzz account. Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated.

• You must provide your correct full name, date of birth, and contact details at the time of registration.
• Email and mobile number verification is mandatory.
• To update any information provided during registration, please contact support.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password strictly confidential.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Jaatbuzz may require identity verification for withdrawals above certain amounts or in cases of suspicious activity. The KYC process may request a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC is completed.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

Deposits on Jaatbuzz can be made via mobile banking, bank transfer, or approved digital wallets. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

• Deposits are generally credited to your wallet instantly.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to process.
• No fees are charged on deposits — though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• If you experience any issue with a deposit, contact support immediately.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Withdrawal processing typically takes 24–72 hours.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Jaatbuzz offers a range of bonuses — Welcome Bonus, Reload Bonus, Free Spins, Cashback, and VIP exclusive offers. Each offer carries its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

• Welcome Bonus: Wagering requirements are typically 30–40 times the bonus amount.
• Free Spins Winnings: Winnings from Free Spins may be subject to a wagering requirement of 15–30x.
• Cashback: Cashback bonuses generally carry no wagering requirements.
• There is a set time limit to meet wagering requirements — any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

Jaatbuzz enforces a strict policy against bonus abuse. Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, collusion, or any other fraudulent attempt to obtain bonuses may result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

5 Betting Rules

• Placing a bet constitutes acceptance of all applicable terms — objections raised afterwards will not be entertained.
• If a match is cancelled, your stake will be automatically refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jaatbuzz. Any violation will result in immediate account termination:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Logging into another member's account or placing bets on their behalf.
• Using software bots, automation tools, or hacking utilities.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegally obtained funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other members.
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches in games.

7 Privacy & Data Security
